Who I Am
My name is Ashley Martinez. I am a freshman in college and the founder of Green Valley High School's C.H.A.N.C.E. Club. I founded this club in September of my junior year in high school with the help of my dearest friends. It is my greatest desire to bring more hope into the world, for hope is what it hath lost most of. One day, the world will be different, I presume or rather long for. When this day does appear, I will gladly welcome it with open arms. For now, I am gracious to be given the ability to do my very best to help instill this change. Together we can change the world. All we need to do is care.
About Me
- GVHS C.H.A.N.C.E. Club
- C.H.A.N.C.E. (creating hope, answering needs, changing everything) is a new club at Green Valley High School that is dedicated to helping others in three ways: 1) Fundraising for Charitable or Non-Profit Organizations, 2) Volunteering, and 3) Having Fun. The purpose of chance is to encourage volunteering by organizing group volunteer events, to teach students about the many nonprofit/charity organizations out there, and to inform students about all the different ways they can help their community.
